At Aruhdecor.pt, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • To process the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions:

  • Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you will be refunded via gift credit.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Partial Refunds:

  • They may be granted in cases of non-original items, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email notification. The approval or rejection of the refund will also be communicated.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within 30 days.

Late Refunds:

  • If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account first.
  • Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • These costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Transportation time for returned product may vary depending on location.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • The buyer will be notified via email regarding the return and refund status.
  • We will use your email address for communication regarding returns, refunds and any other important information.
