Dimensions (height x width x depth): 17 x 27 x 25 cm
Weight: 0.93 kg
Origin: Amazon (Brazil)
History: Trough/Fruit bowl made of hardwood produced by designers in an extractive reserve in the Amazon, in a sustainable way. The pieces are asymmetrical, unique and difficult to reproduce, and have a very thin thickness, approximately 8mm, with the precision of the cut enhancing the curves of the wood. They all come from the reuse of trees that have been lying in the forest for between 10 and 20 years. The longer the time, the better for the work, as they emphasize the irregularities and cracks caused by the passage of time. The woods they most often work with are yellow balsam, purple balsam, Amazon rosewood and red pitch.
Tip: To maintain the shine and hydration of the pieces, it is recommended to apply incoloar wood wax every 2 months, then polish with a dry cloth.
Note: Because they are produced by hand, each piece is unique, with no two being exactly the same. There may be small variations in dimensions (more or less), colors and tones between the pieces and between what is perceived on cell phone or computer screens and the real pieces.
